Rebuilding this site from scratch — moving off React onto plain PHP, no framework, because I wanted something I'd still understand and enjoy maintaining in ten years. Right now that means wiring up the boring-but-important stuff first (CI, deployment, testing) before writing any real content pages.

Outside of that: still chasing the usual mix of cloud/DevOps rabbit holes, half-finished robotics ideas, and more ancient history reading than is strictly useful for a day job.
